Biotech Sourcer

NSS, a solutions firm based in Herndon, VA, has an immediate need for a Biotech Sourcer to work on-site in Redwood City, CA, 2-3 days per week. This is a hybrid role and you must be willing to work in the office 2-3 days per week.

• Own the candidate funnel for a variety of Biotech positions in the Redwood City, CA area
• Develop and lead sourcing strategies for critical project technical leads. Build robust pipelines during searches for similar talent and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create healthy talent pools
• Leverage internal and external data to generate insights into the talent marketplace and inform sourcing strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with our recruitment strategy.
• Make recommendations to managers based on market trends.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract high-quality candidates.
• Buildreports to track effectiveness of sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, used data to improve future searches and help diversify talent pools to meet inclusivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and OFCCP guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate communication and experience.

• Minimum 5 years of Sourcing experience in the Biotechnology space
• Extensive experience sourcing for Clinical/Scientific candidates
• Experience in building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
