Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types- Annual Bonus
Our client, a major Am Law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their team.
You will support the summer associate program and recruiting efforts by coordinating events and interviews, liaising with law schools, managing logistics and search firm relationships, and tracking candidate progress and offer data.
Responsibilities- Support local hiring initiatives
- Prepare recruiting materials
- Coordinate candidate communications and interviews
- Maintain recruiting data
- Manage recruiting expenses
- Attend NALP and WALRAA programs
- Legal recruiting experience within a large law firm is highly preferred.
