Logos Space is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system purpose‑built to serve the connectivity needs of the commercial enterprise users and government users. We will help fill an important gap in the market, providing resilient, high‑performance satellite‑based connectivity services to enterprise and government customers worldwide. Speed and reliability are the foundation of the system. Logos is designed to extend cloud and data center network connectivity anywhere in the world to fixed, seaborne, and airborne terminals.

A Recruiting Coordinator (RC) at Logos Space focuses on seamless interview logistics (scheduling, travel), optimizing the candidate and hiring team experience, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Ashby, supporting recruitment operations, and ensuring clear communication in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. Key responsibilities include end‑to‑end scheduling, improving processes, handling compliance, supporting hiring events, and partnering with recruiters to attract top talent for space technology roles, requiring strong organization and a customer service mindset.

  Experience:
  
  own interview scheduling (onsite/virtual), manage travel arrangements and expenses, and provide professional communication.
• Process Improvement: identify and streamline recruiting workflows, optimize the ATS, and maintain data accuracy.
• Operational Support: manage requisitions, support compliance, organize hiring events, and assist with creating recruiting materials.

• Systems & Tools: utilize and manage our ATS (Ashby preferred, but previous experience with Greenhouse & Lever is OK) and Rippling.
