We’re looking for a highly skilled UX Designer to join our empowered, cross‑functional product team and help shape the future of our industry through AI‑driven transformation. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, user‑centered product experiences that delight customers and solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions. You’ll play a critical part in defining the end‑to‑end product experience, from early discovery through polished, production‑ready interfaces.

This role is ideal for a designer who is excited about the possibilities of AI, thrives in fast‑paced SaaS environments, and brings a strong balance of visual design, UX strategy, and hands‑on execution.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, and you must be located within a commutable distance to our office in Redwood City, CA. We work in the office a minimum 3 days per week.

• Establish clear UX ownership and consistent design patterns across all HOAi features
• Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to embed design earlier in discovery and delivery
• Reduce design and usability friction in existing HOAi workflows
• Design and ship new HOAi capabilities that scale with increasing product complexity
• Enable the broader Vantaca design team to remain focused on core platform priorities

• Improved delivery velocity for HOAi initiatives with fewer design‑related blockers

• Design intuitive product experiences grounded in user‑driven discovery, research, and validation.
• Solve complex problems by delivering simple, elegant, and scalable design solutions.
• Create visually compelling, high‑quality end‑state designs that raise the bar for product excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA in an Empowered Team environment to define, build, and ship impactful features.
• Produce all design assets

• Iterate quickly
