Infrastructure Architect
Location: Redwood City, CA —

Employment: Full-Time
Work Model: Hybrid — 3 Days Onsite
Experience: 12+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to own end-to-end infrastructure architecture across cloud, compute, virtualization, storage, identity, networking, endpoint management, SaaS, and ITSM environments.
- Own the target-state infrastructure architecture across Azure, AWS, VMware, Windows/Linux, storage, backup, identity, and networking
. - Define architecture standards and reference designs across multiple infrastructure towers.
- Lead architecture reviews, high-risk change assessments, and technical design decisions.
- Act as an architecture escalation point for Major Incidents and Problem Management
. - Lead capacity, scalability, and infrastructure growth planning.
- Define hybrid identity architecture using Okta, Active Directory, and Entra .
- Oversee enterprise network, endpoint, SaaS collaboration, and contact-center architecture.
- Partner with Service Now and ITSM teams to ensure CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request processes align with the infrastructure architecture.
- Create architecture diagrams, standards, technical documentation, and decision records.
- Represent technical architecture in customer and account governance meetings.
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with 3–5+ years in an Architect/Design Authority role.
- Strong experience across Azure & AWS
. - VMware ESXi/vSphere, Windows Server, and Linux
. - Enterprise Cohesity or equivalent storage/backup experience.
- Strong Okta, Active Directory & Entra / hybrid identity architecture.
- Enterprise Cisco networking
, including switching, firewalls, wireless, VLANs, and segmentation. - Microsoft Intune/MDM and Microsoft 365 experience.
- Strong ITIL/ITSM and Service Now experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.
- Managed Services / multi-tower infrastructure environment experience.
