Retell AI is hiring its first Senior Compliance Manager to own the security and compliance program end to end in Redwood City, CA. You will report to the founder and collaborate with Engineering and Sales to unlock enterprise and healthcare deals through robust controls.
You will lead SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 initiatives, respond to external questionnaires, and drive policy, vendor risk, and training. This is a high-impact, rapidly growing role in a VC-backed SaaS/AI setting.
