I'm hiring on behalf of a well-funded AI startup backed by leading technology investors, building next-generation infrastructure that helps organizations optimize AI model training and deployment.
We're looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (Post-Sales) who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with enterprise customers, and deploying production-scale AI infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and production rollouts.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout their deployment journey.
- Design scalable, secure infrastructure across:
Architect distributed systems involving compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure automation. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver customer-focused technical solutions.
- Travel to customer sites when required for strategic deployments.
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as:
- Solutions Engineer
- Customer Engineer
- Technical Implementation Engineer
Strong experience with:
- Distributed Systems
- Infrastructure-as-Code
Deep expertise in:
- AWS
- Networking
- IAM
- Storage
- Compute
Programming experience in:
- Python
- SQL
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
