Our nationally recognized litigation boutique client located in No
Cal is laying the foundation for its next chapter. If you're an entrepreneurial trial lawyer ready to move from “lead litigator” to “firm leader,” this is your moment. The firm is offering more than a docket. It is a rare chance to step into a succession-track role with real influence and long-term potential.
- Own and Drive High-Value Cases

- While prior business development experience isn't required, you’re excited by the prospect. You’ll have the chance to respond to incoming leads and activate the firm’s highly effective, proven marketing strategy—with support and guidance along the way.
- Innovate for Justice
- Spot creative liability angles others miss, unlock value in complex fact patterns, and move cases forward with urgency and purpose.
- Shape the Succession Plan
- Work directly with name partners on firm growth, marquee litigation, and your own tailored path to equity.
- 7+ years litigating high-exposure PI, mass-tort, or other complex civil cases
- At least onefirst-chair trial (you know verdict-day adrenaline)
- Heavy deposition experience with fact and expert witnesses
- Mastery of discovery, motion practice, and trial prep in document-intensive matters
- Licensed in any U.S. jurisdictionandwilling to obtain California admission
- Bonus points for aviation, wildfire, or multi-district/mass-tort experience
- Prior experience managing or mentoring other attorneys preferred
- Strategic mindset, client-centered instincts, and a bias for action
- Passionate about justice—and motivated by the chance to help build something lasting
