Administrative Nurse (Admin Nurse I)

Join Dignity Health as an Administrative Nurse in the Sequoia Hospital operating room unit. In this role you will work under the direction of the Nurse Manager and/or Chief Nurse Executive, assuming responsibility for patient and family care as well as clinical operations of the unit.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care for patients and their families.
• Oversee clinical operations of the unit.
• Lead departmental initiatives such as project management, charge nurse duties, relief charge, preceptorship, or other leadership roles within the last two years.

• Bachelor’s degree or evidence of work toward a bachelor's degree; degree may be waived if you have 10+ years of operating room experience.
• Graduated from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Three (3) years of clinical experience in an operating room or surgery unit within the past five (5) years.
• Leadership experience in the department within the last two years (e.g., project management, charge nurse, relief charge, preceptor).

$79.96 - $106.55 per hour
