Survey Merchandiser hiring Reset Merchandisers with Planogram Experience

San Francisco, San Mateo and Redwood City, CA

Pay $25/hr to work 3‑hr shift per store.

You will use Survey's app to document your work.

• Reset start date:
  January 18th
• Time: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm window
• Duration: 2–3 hr shift

• Check in with the Manager to review the merchandising objective.
• Locate Frito‑Lay Backstock and work on U Carts.
• Ensure Shelf tags are replaced if missing.
• Pack out Frito‑Lay items in the Salty Snack Aisle.
• Merchandised after the salty snack aisle. Endcap, 4‑sided display, check lane, etc. Pack out Frito‑Lay items on the Perimeter displays.
• KDs (Knock Down Boxes) by following color coding and organizing backstock.
• Take Before/After Photos of Salty Snack aisle & displays. Review your work with the Manager on Duty and coordinate timing for your next visit.
• Reporting:
  Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP.

• Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
• Tech Requirements: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Punctuality is critical – you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
  • Must print out the Satisfaction Survey.

• Fast Pay:
  Processed within 6 days via Open Force.
• Support:
  Training is available 7 days a week.
• This is a good opportunity for experienced merchandisers who can handle morning/afternoon shifts and physically demanding tasks. Since the work is independent contractor based.
