What You’ll DoAs a foundational member of the Go-to-Market team, you will execute aggressive growth plans and build the playbook for our expanding team. You will own the sales process end-to-end, from pipeline generation and strategic sales plans to forging strong partnerships within the electronics ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing- Prospecting and Business Development:
Define and execute creative strategies to engage prospective clients through a variety of channels. - Data‑Driven and Value‑Based Selling:
Transform data into value for customers using our proprietary database. - Strengthen relationships with key partners in the electronics sector, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Lead Sales Negotiations and finalize contracts in collaboration with finance, legal, and operations.
- Define Strategic Sales plans:
Identify new opportunities to improve go‑to‑market, analyze market trends, elevate customer relationships, and create new sales materials.
- 5+ years demonstrated success in sales, with a focus on technical selling.
- Builder Mentality:
Experience as one of the first AEs at a startup or bringing a new product to market with cross‑functional collaboration. - Technical Acumen:
Thrive on learning new tools and leveraging sales analysis tools and CRM platforms. - Data‑Driven Mentality:
Make persuasive arguments with data and drive business outcome and ROI conversations with detailed analysis. - Strong Communicator:
Clearly articulate complex ideas verbally and in writing, conveying the value of Snap Magic's solutions to a diverse audience.
