The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:The Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team is responsible for driving the success of a specific set of Moloco products and initiatives, serving as chief champions and functional experts of our products. The PSO team works closely with Sales and strategic Customers in each region/market to bring out the best in our products, connecting market needs back to our Product team to shape how our products are built and brought to market.
The PSO team are experts in Mobile AdTech trends and monitor what is happening in the industry to help prioritize issues and communicate key takeaways to Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other cross‑functional partners to shape product direction and drive product adoption.
As a Global Product Activation Manager within Moloco's Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team, you will play a critical role in connecting the market to our product and vice‑versa. You will be responsible for helping align the execution of our product development lifecycle with market needs and Moloco's readiness, ultimately ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our products.
The ideal candidate for this role can navigate seamlessly between diving deep into the markets your Sales stakeholders are serving to understand the root cause of market feedback as well as zooming out to find patterns among data points which are validated in reality through the Voice of the Customer. You have a proven track record partnering effectively with external customers, product/engineering and sales/marketing counterparts, enabling an efficient product market feedback loop and influencing long‑term direction as well as day‑to‑day execution.
The Opportunity:- GTM Strategy and Execution: Define product positioning, value proposition, and go‑to‑market (GTM) plans to unlock commercial success. Scope and execute initiatives to drive commercial outcomes in‑market. Guide new product rollouts (Alpha/Beta/GA) in collaboration with Product Management (PM) and other GTM colleagues, defining and tracking success metrics.
- Product Prioritization: Work with regional cross‑functional teams to collect top customer needs from the market, formulate problem statements, and identify sales enablement and/or experimentation initiatives that can be actioned. Aggregate, clarify and size regional feedback to stack rank global product requests.
- Product Commercialization: Showcase product progress to internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption, and gather feedback. Work cross‑functionally to help build Moloco's point of view on industry trends/issues and participate in industry forums to evangelize.
