• Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
• Review and interpret blueprints, ensuring compliance with building codes.
• Inspect plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare and present customer estimates, leveraging sales skills to secure new work.
• Follow Bayshore’s proven sales process to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and uniforms in proper condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while upholding service standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client needs in a professional, approachable manner.

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience (service plumbing experience preferred).
• Strong ability to sell services, prepare estimates, and close sales.
• Excellent communication skills – confident, likable, and customer‑focused.
• Experience in field service or similar roles preferred.
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and using power tools as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Redwood City, CA.

• Compensation: $40.00 - $65.00 base salary, per hour (hourly + performance bonuses or commission up to $200,000 earnings).
• Bi‑weekly pay cycle.
