• Make significant individual contributions that are used instantly and heavily by our clients.
• Leverage your orthogonal expertise to introduce abstractions and systems that improve the team’s velocity.
• Raise the bar for engineering quality by setting and enforcing standards.
• Mentor teammates as they grow into architects and senior engineers.
• Work closely with product, design, and clients to define what we’re building.

• Collaborate well with engineering teammates and cross‑functional teams, especially when resolving tension with designers and product managers.
• Provide positive, constructive feedback in the moment and welcome the same in return.
• Be willing to work in‑person at our Redwood City office at least a couple of days a week.
• Have 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.

• Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with construction or building materials industry.
• Proficiency with Go, React, and Type Script.

  Designing a system to address an abstract problem.
