English Join the OCI AI team to build and operate cloud platforms and services that power AI workloads  this IC5 individual contributor role, you will own complex technical initiatives from architecture and implementation through production operations, translating ambiguous customer and business needs into secure, reliable, and efficient solutions.

You will combine deep distributed systems expertise with hands-on software development, guide technical decisions across teams, and mentor engineers. Your work will shape shared platform capabilities, improve service performance and operational excellence, and deliver measurable customer impact.

We take an AI-forward approach to engineering. You will use AI throughout the software development lifecycle and help teams adopt effective AI-assisted workflows for design, coding, testing, review, debugging, and operations. You will pair these capabilities with rigorous validation, sound engineering judgment, and accountability for production outcomes.

Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
