Community Youth Ministries in Reedley, CA is looking to hire a part‑time Administrative Facilitator Support who will serve as a fill in for any site needing additional support. This includes maintain important records, communicate with staff, and support site leads and staff our in our expanded learning programs (ELPs). Do you have a friendly and welcoming demeanor? Must be available to work the following schedule:
Monday - Friday; 5.25 hours per day, 12:45 pm - 6:00 pm. You will be scheduled at a site every day; 5‑day work week.
This administrative position in our after school programs earns a competitive wage of $16.90 - $19.59 per hour

Pre‑Requisites: Must have completed 48 college units or have a Para educator Certificate
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE FACILITATOR Support StaffAs an Administrative Facilitator Support staff, you will cover any site needed in the administrative facilitator capacity as additional support. This can include that y you ensure that all information systems (attendance, etc) are accurately recorded and communicated to our partners in a timely manner. In order to ensure that spending and expenses are kept within budget parameters, you help develop a zero‑based budget.
When applicable, you ensure all discipline and safety issues are documented and offer your support the site leads in the expanded learning program by greeting visitors as they come into the ELP room. Additionally, you oversee student sign out during parent pick up using approved protocols. You maintain communication with our team while answering phones, passing along messages, checking voicemails and emails, and completing weekly staff logs.
As needed, you provide supervision of all students in the ELP room and first aid to students and staff.
In order to ensure that spending and expenses are kept within budget parameters, you help develop a zero‑based budget. Also, you ensure our company is kept up to date regarding student data, attendance, and test scores. When applicable, you ensure all discipline and safety issues are documented.
