Community Youth Ministries – Reedley, CA – Part‑time Administrative Facilitator Support

Community Youth Ministries is seeking a part‑time Administrative Facilitator Support to fill in at any site needing additional support. The role involves maintaining important records, communicating with staff, and supporting Expanded Learning Program (ELP) site leads and staff.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 5.25 hours per day, 12:45 pm‑6:00 pm. You’ll be scheduled at a site every day for a 5‑day work week.

Compensation: Competitive wage of $16.90 – $19.59 per hour. A 403(b) retirement plan is offered.

• Completed 48 college units or a Para educator Certificate.
• Fingerprint clearance from DOJ & FBI for all employees who work with students.

• Serve as fill‑in support at various sites.
• Accurately record attendance and other information systems.
• Assist in developing zero‑based budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Document discipline, safety issues, and student data.
• Greet visitors, supervise students, and provide first aid when needed.
• Answer phones, pass messages, check voicemails and emails, and complete weekly staff logs.
