Criminology Instructor (Reedley College) Part-Time Faculty Pool
The ideal candidate will share Reedley College’s commitment to educating its racially and socioeconomically diverse student population.
Responsibilities include providing instruction in Criminology in a variety of instructional settings and times, maintaining standards of professional conduct and ethics, using a variety of pedagogies, communicating effectively with students, and evaluating student progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree AND two years of directly related experience; OR an associate degree AND six years of directly related experience; OR a valid California Community College credential; OR the equivalent education and/or experience.
Desirable
Qualifications:
Experience working in the criminal justice system, teaching experience at the postsecondary level, experience in computer assisted instruction, and ability to communicate effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting rates are $45.49 – $61.78 for lecture, $38.67 – $52.55 for lab, and $38.30 – $52.05 for non-instructional.
