A reputable hospital that has been serving the community for more than 120 years is seeking a qualified family medicine physician to join their growing team.

• Join a reputable hospital located outside of Madison, WI
• Established family medicine practice with an immediate patient panel
• Ability to do procedures and incorporate your interests into the practice
• EPIC EMR
• Obstetrics is optional

Live only 45 minutes from Madison, WI and 15 minutes from the Wisconsin Dells.

Access to miles of trails to walk, ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, or horseback ride. Enjoy fishing in one of many lakes, rivers or creeks or hunting on available land. Visit award winning cheese shops, apple orchards, craft breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Spend the day with your family at the Wisconsin Dells water and theme parks.

Qualified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) with ability to practice in the stated location.

• $150,000 sign on bonus
