Art Teacher

St. William’s Catholic School is seeking a creative, passionate, and faith-filled part Art Teacher. This teacher will inspire students in grades K-8 through engaging, developmentally appropriate art lessons while also supporting our mission to form students in mind, body, and soul.

• Plan and deliver weekly art instruction for students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
• Introduce students to a wide variety of materials, techniques, and art history appropriate to their age and abilities.
• Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and respect for others’ work.
• Incorporate Catholic values and themes into some art projects throughout the year, helping students explore the beauty of faith through artistic expression.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and administration on school-wide events, art displays, and special projects.
• Maintain a safe, organized art space and manage classroom behavior positively and effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree
• A teaching license is appreciated but not required
• Willing to support and uphold the mission and values of Catholic education.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiasm for working with children of all ages in a faith-based school environment.

• Part-time position (approximately 2-3 days per week)
• Follows the academic school year calendar (August-May)
