We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to join our team.
Position OverviewThe Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in both U.S. and Chinese markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing or assembly sectors. Electronics sales experience is desired.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. and Chinese manufacturing markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
