B) Hiring Bonus

Family owned for over 60 years, Lakes Gas is among the largest propane providers in the Midwest. We operate with a small‑town, local feel across 57 locations.

Sign‑on bonus: $3,000.

This is a local route, home every night, Class B CDL position. Primary responsibilities include delivering propane, propane tanks, and cylinders to residential and commercial sites while providing first‑class customer service.

• Receive $1,000 after 3 months of employment and achieving a minimum of a Class B License with Tanker and Hazardous Endorsements.
• After successfully completing 6 months of employment you will receive an additional $2,000. Must be employed and in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (or ability to obtain requisite endorsements) without air brake restrictions.
• Clean driving record verifiable by a Federal Motor Vehicle Report.
• Pass a DOT physical and maintain a Federal DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write, and clearly communicate in English.
• Comply with federal drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• Safety conscious and customer service oriented.
• Ability to operate and maintain handheld tablets.
• Inspect vehicle and notify supervisor of needed equipment, supplies or routine maintenance.
• DOT Hazmat Training and Maintenance every three years.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT requirements.

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 75 pounds.
• Pull delivery hose.
• Bend, climb, reach, and rotate as needed.
• Fill, load, secure, and deliver propane cylinders or bulk.
