Bauüberwacher Kabelleitungsbau (m/w/d) -
Bautechniker für die Bauüberwachung (Tiefbau) (m/w/d) -
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Koordinierungen und Leiten geplanter Kabelleitungsbauprojekte im Tief- und Straßenbau von öffentlichen und privaten Bauherren
- Abrechnung und Kostenkontrolle sowie Dokumentation der Bauleistungen
- Terminplanung,
-steuerung und -überwachung - Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten
- Durchführung und Begleitung von Projekt- und Baubesprechungen, sowie Baustellen- und Trassenbegehungen
- Überwachung und Dokumentation der Bauausführung hinsichtlich Qualität
- Prüfung und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
Position Requirements
1+ Years
work experience - eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, Studium als Bauingenieur oder Bautechniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (m/w/d)
- Kenntnisse in der Bauüberwachung (Tiefbau) bzw. Schwerpunkt Kabelleitungsbau
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse AVA
- Kenntnisse Auto Cad von Vorteil
