Communication Production Specialist - Freelance

Job Description
The Communication Production Project Specialist supports the development and execution of the Brand’s visual identity across all communication channels. The role coordinates fashion show production, shootings, and visual content creation, ensuring consistency with the Brand image, respect of timelines, and budget control. Working closely with Brand Communication Management, the Coordinator ensures all assets are delivered with high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Fashion Show & Event Production

Manage the production of show-related assets, such as invitations and digital content.
Ensure correct on-site execution in collaboration with Creative and Production teams.
Coordinate visual and graphic elements of fashion shows in line with the Brand strategy.

Shooting & Post-Production

Support the development of briefs for ADV campaigns and editorials.
Coordinate shootings and supervise the production process.
Oversee post-production to ensure quality and visual consistency.

Coordination & Image Consistency

Work with internal teams, including Style Office and Visual Merchandising, to ensure alignment with the Brand image.
Ensure consistency across all visual communication materials.

Budget & Production Management

Support budget planning and monitor production costs.
Coordinate external suppliers, agencies, and production partners.
Manage timelines and ensure the correct delivery of all assets.

Qualifications

Experience in fashion production, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
Experience coordinating shootings or fashion shows.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage external partners and suppliers.
Fluent in English.
