Our Treeby service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.
ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas
Incredible in-service support
Outstanding long standing Area Manager to guide you through your career
Walking distance to local coffee shop and park
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

ABOUT YOU:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (essential) or working towards.
In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
Strong communication and time-management skills
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
