Position: Full-Time Bookkeeper
Join our team in Regina as a full-time Bookkeeper, managing payroll and financial records at 414 Victoria Ave. This role demands precision in handling financial documentation and reporting.

In this permanent position, you will oversee payroll calculations, fixed asset management, and prepare tax returns. Candidates must possess a college diploma and have 1 to 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Your work will support the accuracy of general ledgers and financial statements while completing tasks at our physical location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately

• Manage fixed assets and their depreciation records

• Maintain comprehensive financial records and accounts

• Prepare financial statements and general ledgers

• Complete tax return preparations and trial balances

Requirements:

• College diploma or certificate in bookkeeping

• 1 to 2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience

• Ability to work on-site in Regina

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Authorization to work legally in Canada
