Location: Moose Jaw
Manage construction finances as a Controller and Bookkeeper. Maintain financial records, oversee the general ledger, and ensure accurate reconciliations in a collaborative team setting.
Your role will involve daily financial record keeping and updating the general ledger. You’ll reconcile entries, handle payroll along with payables and receivables, and prepare reports needed by the team. This position also offers the opportunity to develop in a challenging and rewarding commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain precise records for all financial transactions
• Update and oversee the general ledger
• Conduct thorough reconciliations of entries
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and receivable
• Produce various financial reports as necessary
Requirements:
• Solid grasp of basic accounting practices
• Excellent organizational and data entry skills
• Professional communication competency
• Experience with Quick Books software preferred
• Passion for growth in a commercial setting
