Position: Home Hardware Accounting Clerk Role
Location: Emerald Park

Join HOME HARDWARE in Emerald Park as an Accounting Clerk and help maintain essential financial records. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between full-time or part-time hours.

In this role, you will provide important support to the Financial Controller. Your duties will include managing accounts receivable and payable records, ensuring invoice accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills are critical to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage current accounts receivable and payable records

• Verify store invoices and purchase orders accurately

• Contact suppliers via email or phone when needed

• Protect professional confidentiality of all records

• Assist with additional duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Understanding of basic accounting principles

• Prior experience using Quickbooks or similar software

• Ability to critically think and solve problems

• Retail experience is beneficial but not required

• Preference for full-time or part-time availability
