This strategic role requires strong expertise in standard costing and leadership capabilities to mentor teams effectively. You will drive improvements in reporting accuracy and compliance while collaborating with operations and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain standard costing methodology and inventory valuation

• Oversee inventory transactions and financial reporting processes

• Support quarterly forecasting and budgeting activities

• Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team

• Drive process improvements and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• CPA designation preferred

• 5+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing
