In this role, you will assist with clerical tasks and manage accounts payable and receivable effectively. Collaborate with project teams to provide necessary reports and help fulfill financial reporting duties. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in the accounting field and the ambition to develop professionally within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clerical and data entry tasks for operations
• Accurately process accounts payable and receivable
• Provide ad hoc financial reports when needed
• Help assemble information for various reporting
• Manage the creation of client billing packages
Requirements:
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma is a plus
• Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting programs
