Accounting Clerk

Position: Full-Time Accounting Clerk
Become part of the Finance team at Adecco as a full-time Accounting Clerk in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Your role will focus on invoicing, contract admin, and financial reconciliations.

This temporary full-time position is available starting July 27, 2026, for a three-month contract. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented accounting professionals with experience in preparing financial reports and managing reconciliations. You will work up to 40 hours weekly, supporting various accounting functions within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate account discrepancies and anomalies

• Assist with invoicing and contract administration

• Maintain accurate accounting reports and records

• Prepare reports for monitoring financial results

• Compile financial information for bank reconciliation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 2 years accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and attention to detail
