EyeQ Security Services Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeper in Regina to manage finance operations. This full-time role offers $30.00 to $34.00 hourly, focusing on payroll and account management.

As a Bookkeeper, you will handle payroll calculations, maintain comprehensive financial records, and prepare critical accounting reports. This role requires dedication, with 40 hours per week, ensuring accurate balance and reconciliation of all accounts. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be vital in producing reliable financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll cheques and calculate employee wages

• Keep and balance financial records using both manual and computerized systems

• Generate financial statements and manage general ledgers

• Reconcile accounts on a regular basis

• Prepare various statistical and accounting reports

Requirements:

• University Diploma in Accounting or related discipline

• 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience

• High level of detail orientation

• Capability to work effectively under pressure

• Proven reliability and accuracy in financial tasks
