• Prepare payment files for review and approval

• Monitor accounts payable reports and balances

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of accounts payable experience

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Proficient in computer skills

• Knowledge of Quick Books Desktop preferred
