Accounts Receivable Clerk

Information Services Corporation seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk supporting ISC’s internal client account management system. The position processes account transactions across financial reporting and related systems. It also applies accounting practices, Microsoft Excel, and financial analysis while serving customer inquiries.

• Support customers with inquiries and value-added service recommendations
• Generate and verify management reports and client statements
• Create and maintain customer deposit accounts
• Process payments, adjustments, transfers, and refunds
• Confirm daily deposits and accounts receivable

• Accounting diploma or equivalent qualification
• One to two years of related accounting experience
• Knowledge of receivables, invoicing, collections, and refunds
• Understanding of GAAP, controls, and audit requirements
• Accounting software and Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel
