Accounting Analyst Invoice Management

Location: Fort Qu'Appelle

Manage invoices and site accounting for Keyera, using three-way matching, Excel analysis, and detailed financial recordkeeping. This permanent position supports operational finance.
The Accounting Analyst provides site accounting support across budgeting, projects, inventory, reporting, and process improvement. You will work with site, corporate, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve invoice issues. The position also supports reconciliations, month-end activities, accruals, and budgeting inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices using the three-way match process
Resolve vendor inquiries and invoice issues with stakeholders
Review receipts and purchase orders for accurate accounts payable data
Assist with month-end processes, accruals, and reconciliations
Support invoice-process improvements and update procedures documentation
Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel formulas and functions
Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of purchase orders, work orders, invoice matching, and cost coding
Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and confidential information
Bring invoice management, Excel analysis, and accounting accuracy to Keyera’s site finance support and process improvement work.
