Credit Data Entry Associate

Bring accurate data entry and payment reconciliation skills to Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. in Regina, Saskatchewan, working in-office full-time.

This Credit Associate position centers on recording customer payments and completing general office duties. You will use Microsoft Excel and Outlook while supporting credit administration. The work includes customer account setup, payment communication, remittance filing, and credit assessment activities.

• Confirm, record, input, and reconcile customer payments
• Notify Credit Coordinators about payment and remittance issues
• File electronic and paper payment remittances
• Set up new customer accounts accurately
• Communicate payment information across Brandt branches and divisions

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Office education or experience considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Accuracy, multitasking, and problem-solving ability
