Net Suite expertise anchors this Accounting and Administrative Assistant position at Elim Solutions Inc., supporting financial operations and office administration.
This assistant supports the Staff Accountant, COO, and leadership team across accounting and administrative activities. Key work includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expense management, reconciliations, financial records, scheduling, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily accounting activities within Net Suite
- Process vendor invoices and customer billing
- Assist with reconciliations and closing activities
- Provide scheduling and document support
- Manage supplies, vendors, records, and shipments
- Hands-on Net Suite experience is required
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Accounting, finance, or administration education preferred
- Knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing, and expenses
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
