SARCAN is offering a part-time role for an Administrative Assistant in its Regina Processing Plant. Ideal candidates will have one year of office administration experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is a must. Responsibilities include scheduling, managing data, and supporting the Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating depot supply shipments and trailer switches
• Input data and generate necessary reports
• Carry out various administrative duties as needed
• Provide backup support for the Office Administrator
• Promote recycling knowledge among peers
Requirements:
• Experience in an office environment preferred
• Strong skills in communication and organization
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Capability to work independently with attention to detail
• Must pass a criminal record check for employment
