Drive administrative excellence as a Branch Administrator dedicated to efficiency and effective workflow management. Support field staff while ensuring accurate invoicing and training processes.
In this role, you will ensure the branch's seamless operation by managing key administrative tasks. This includes providing support for Maintenance and Safety teams, reviewing contracts for compliance, and preparing invoices timely. Your contributions to staff training and effective communication will enhance the overall performance of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IFS-related tasks for Maintenance and Safety
• Review contracts and ensure timely invoicing
• Prepare and submit customer invoices for approval
• Track and coordinate necessary training for staff
• Complete Accounts Receivable tasks ahead of month-end
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and reliable judgment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
