As a key player in Wealth Operations, you’ll manage electronic documents and assist various departments, ensuring efficient data flow and communication. You'll handle cheque distribution, oversee email inboxes, and maintain accurate records. Each day, you'll contribute to financial security for Canadians through meticulous support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming electronic documents in On Base
• Handle Individual Wealth and Group Retirement email inboxes
• Prepare and distribute cheques accurately
• Update bad address statuses for returned mail
• Distribute daily reports to relevant staff
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in Wealth Management
• Post-secondary education completion
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Adaptability to changing processes
