As a Receptionist, your duties will revolve around receiving clients and ensuring their comfort. You'll answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail, and assist visitors with inquiries about services. Additionally, maintaining the waiting area and ensuring that it remains tidy and accommodating will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests as they arrive at the office
• Direct and assist visitors to their appointments
• Answer and route incoming phone calls effectively
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting area
• Handle incoming mail and documents diligently
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Preferably six months of experience in an office setting
• Competent with MS Office Suite and office equipment
• Present a professional demeanor while communicating
• Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours
