Centralized Scheduling Admin Assistant

Join Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital as a Centralized Scheduling Administrative Assistant in Moose Jaw. This part time temporary position will allow you to utilize your advanced computer and organizational skills.

In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to the designated Manager while also collaborating with fellow Administrative Assistants during their absences. The position is set to start on June 29, 2026, and run through December 31, 2026. Your organizational and communication skills will be essential for maintaining an efficient scheduling system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer confidential administrative support to leadership

• Collaborate with other assistants for relief tasks

• Manage scheduling and documentation efficiently

• Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative needs

• Ensure effective communication within the department

Requirements:

• Must have an Office Administration certificate

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access

• Part time availability for 5 shifts a week

• Prior administrative experience preferred
