Colliers is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to provide high‑quality administrative assistance to Advisor teams, including presentation support, market analysis, and transaction administration.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Advisors and their clients.
Prepare listings and conduct market analyses.
Manage marketing collateral development and coordination.
Oversee scheduling for meetings and project deadlines.
Draft and manage legal documents as needed.
Requirements Minimum two years of relevant administrative experience.
Post‑secondary diploma is an asset.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
