Responsibilities
Oversee the licensing and registration of all members, technicians, Canadian and International candidates, and student interns.
Assist in processing applications and issuing permits and member licenses .
Respond to enquiries and provide support as needed on registration or licensure issues. Provide information on training, examinations and legislated or bylaw requirements. Ensure information is updated to maintain its accuracy.
Review and update website documentation, including amending any fees and references to bylaws and policies.
Assist with scheduling, administration and proctoring of exams.
Correspond with members to provide licenses, information on ethics and model standards, newsletters, memos, renewal information, information regarding changes in legislation or bylaws, and any other pertinent information related to members’ roles.
Create accounts for candidates and members, and regularly update accounts to capture changes such as professional development, renewals, etc. Approve amendments made by members through the member portal.
Create invoices and receive and track payments from members.
Assist the Manager in placing and monitoring international appraisal training and assessment candidates.
Provide information and monitoring to students and interns; maintain student/intern profiles throughout the duration of their post-secondary education.
Co-ordinate and prepare statistical data regarding membership for the annual report.
Create and update email and report templates for use within the system.
Candidate Profile
Education
Degree or related Certificate/Diploma or relevant work experience.
Experience
3+ years' experience in a registration or administration field.
Prior experience working with legislation, regulations and standards and their interpretation and application.
Computer
Above average knowledge of working with databases, and familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. HTML knowledge and coding HTML is an asset.
Proficient in Word, Excel, email and database systems.

Work hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.
