This role provides administrative support to the C-suite and plays a key behind-the-scenes role in enabling the Executive and Leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, maintain high attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities with little supervision. Leveraging technology, including AI-enabled tools—where appropriate, you will streamline administrative and project workflows.
Ultimately, the Executive Assistant will contribute to the efficiency of our business by enabling the Executive team to focus on high-value decision making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO EXECUTIVE SUPPORT Provide high level executive support, including preparation for quarterly business review meetings, calendar management, travel coordination, communication and support for company-wide initiatives.
Develop clear, structured materials such as presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external audiences.
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s external commitments and obligations with others.
Support effective coordination of meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, logistics and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.
Manage CEO’s calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements, proactively prioritizing time and ensuring timely follow-through on actions and commitments.
Leverage tools, including but not limited to AI, to support research, synthesize information, and improve efficiency across daily workflows.
Act as a trusted point of coordination to help ensure priorities are organized, tracked and executed effectively.

WHAT WE REQUIRE Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams in a fast-paced environment
Post-secondary education or relevant professional training (e.g., project management, business administration, or related programs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools, with strong attention to detail and design quality
Comfort with modern digital tools, including AI-enabled productivity tools and automation, to improve efficiency and quality of work (while maintaining sound judgment)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and competing deadlines
Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
