Duties & Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers and assist with product questions
Promote in-store offers and new products
Enter and update inventory records and product details
Process online and in-person orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
Verify packaging slips and shipping details before order dispatch
Required Experience 1+ year of experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support (entry-level candidates considered)
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience using order management or ERP systems preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
