Become a crucial part of Brandt Developments Ltd. as a Project Coordinator, focusing on the successful administration of Development projects and collaboration with Project Managers.
In this role, you ensure all phases from project launch to completion are executed effectively. You'll be involved in project documentation, managing vendor setups, and facilitating communication across teams to maintain project timelines and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on project management processes and status updates
• Organize and maintain project documentation and schedules
• Coordinate initial meetings and documentation for approvals
• Support closure documentation and warranties for projects
• Monitor invoicing and manage payments in the AP department
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Background in project management practices
• Ability to create and manage project documentation
• Expertise in Sage for vendor management
• Positive approach to leadership and teamwork
