Sask Culture Inc. is seeking a Communications Assistant for a 12-month term. Candidates should have a background in communication or business administration, alongside experience with newsletters, social media, and websites. The role requires a creative self-starter ready to support cultural activities in Saskatchewan and requires some familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and distribute the bi-weekly E-Update
• Monitor and report on social media channels
• Update and maintain Sask Culture’s website
• Assist with events like Culture Days
• General administration and correspondence tasks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in communication or business
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Experience with file management and computer use
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools
• Interest in Saskatchewan’s arts and culture community
