The Operations Administrator collaborates directly with the Supervisor of Operations in a role critical to BDL’s overall logistics efficacy. You will manage daily paperwork, support customer interactions, and participate in inventory activities, all contributing to the efficient operation of the distribution center. This position allows you to make a noticeable impact on our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily reporting and document verification
• Liaise effectively with customers and carriers
• Manage customer credit inquiries promptly
• Participate in regular inventory checks
• Take on various additional duties as needed
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience in dispatch or warehouse operations preferred
• Excellent data-entry and problem-solving skills
• Competent in MS Office applications
