In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting turnaround activities. Your responsibilities will include managing resource allocations, providing timely updates to clients on project statuses, and creating daily time tickets for billing purposes. A strong command of payroll processes in compliance with Alberta Labour Laws is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in timekeeping and reconciliation processes
• Manage daily resource allocations during projects
• Provide updates to clients on project status
• Create daily time tickets for billing
• Handle payroll per Alberta Labour Laws
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under pressure with timely task completion
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Outlook
• Previous experience using Track software required
• Turnaround Administrator experience with references needed
